The goal of this project was to create a space where the client can entertain and spend time with friends and family, yet feel at home everyday. Three separate rooms were combined and an open-floor concept developed that creates individual area, optimizes flow and maximizes communication between guests.

The main island creates a gathering space for communal cooking and wine tastings. The three elements of the kitchen: cooking, washing and storing are organized in three distinct and beautiful units which are covered with cherry wood panels. The kitchen layout is simple yet extremely effective weather only one person is cooking or ten. Every cabinet features drawers to maximize storage and keep items right where they are needed. A deep sink with a touch-less faucet keeps the clutter of the counter and is also great to wash the owner's small dogs.
